The Certified Refurbishment Process

Initial Inspection & Grading
We inspect every incoming unit for cosmetic and functional damage. Only Grade A (Like New) units make it to our store.

Deep Cleaning & Roller Replacement
Units are stripped down. Paper path rollers, separation pads, and heavily worn internal parts are replaced with OEM parts.

Printhead & Output Testing
Extensive test pages are printed to ensure zero banding, accurate colors, and perfect text sharpness.

Firmware Reset & Secure Wipe
All previous user data is securely wiped, and firmware is updated to the latest stable release.
Included 1-Year Certified Warranty
Every refurbished printer comes standard with a 1-year hardware warranty covering functional defects.
