We stand behind the quality of our refurbished printers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process (RMA)

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@way-fair.site to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.

Return Shipping

If the printer is defective or damaged upon arrival, Wayfair Printers will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the return is due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply if the printer is returned missing original accessories, damaged by the user, or if consumables (ink/toner) have been significantly depleted.
